Conditions of Preview
Programmes sent out for preview are for professional assessment purposes only. They may not be screened to a class or any other audience unless they have been purchased.
Titles may be ordered on approval for the cost of shipping and handling and are available to qualified education institutions. Preview orders are invoiced with 100% satisfaction guarantee valid for 31 days from the date of invoice. No claims or returns will be accepted after 31 days from the date of invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers are liable for the cost of return post charges and are liable for the cost of goods returned damaged, marked and/or scratched.
Payment
Schools, colleges, public libraries and government libraries can be charged on Net 31 day terms. Individual consumers, home schools and businesses must pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), pre-paid cheque, money order or direct debit (call, fax or email for our bank account number).
We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfer and credit or debit card. If paying by bank transfer, please notify us in advance stating invoice number(s), amount to be paid and your name, company or institution.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in GBP/Sterling and are subject to change without prior notice. VAT will be automatically added to the order.
Orders
Orders can be placed by fax, mail, email or on the internet. Orders can also be placed by telephone. Phone orders can only be placed if an official purchase order number is quoted.
Delivery
Unless specified otherwise, all orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Priority shipping or next day delivery is available, please contact us for details.
All delivery charges are automatically calculated for orders placed on the website and can be viewed on the final order summary screen.
Satisfaction guarantee
Programmes will be supplied in good working condition and can be returned if unsuitable within 31 days from the date of invoice. No returns of any kind will be taken after 31 days of invoice, whether for faulty goods, damaged goods, dissatisfaction or incorrect supply.
Customers are liable for the return postage of programmes deemed unsuitable.
Customers are liable for the invoice price of a programme if returned damaged or deemed un-saleable.
A freepost address will be provided for the return of programmes received damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Disclaimer
Classroom Video shall have no liability (including but not limited to liability by reason of negligence) to users of the products. Users of products will be responsible for making their own assessment of the information and should verify all relevant representations, statements and information with their own professional advisers.
