Conditions of Preview

Classroom Video Ltd offers programmes on a 14-day no obligation preview basis. This means you can assess our programmes over a two week period in order to decide whether to purchase the programme for your institution. We do not charge you for this service. However, it is your responsibility to ensure programmes you do not require are returned to us in a re-saleable condition within the agreed preview timeframe.

Classroom Video Ltd will charge a late return charge of £15.00 for all returns outside the preview terms.

Customers are liable for the cost of return postage charges.

We advise all customers to obtain a certificate of posting when returning our goods. Should the parcel be lost in transit it would be required to obtain a credit in full. The certificate of posting must show the name of our company, the date of despatch, and have an official post mark.

To return goods you must first fill out our online Returns Survey, which can be found in our 'Preview Policy' section. You will then be given a Returns Code, which you must then include with your returned goods. All returns should also include paperwork quoting invoice number, name, position, email, and the name and postcode of the school.

Preview times can be extended if your workload is heavy — please contact our customer service department.

Programmes sent out for preview are for professional assessment purposes only. They may not be screened to a class or any other audience unless they have been purchased. All programmes remain the property of Classroom Video Ltd until paid for in full.
