Preview or Approval Orders

Titles can be ordered on approval for the cost of delivery and are available to all qualified education institutions. Preview orders are invoiced with an 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is valid for 31 days from the date of the invoice.

No claims or returns can be accepted after 31 days from the date of the invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers are liable for the cost of return post charges and are liable for the cost of goods returned damaged and/or marked and/or scratched.
